Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our logistics center for processing to ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, this means we cannot modify or cancel orders once placed. You can, however, return the items within 30 days of receipt.

An order confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout within minutes. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder. Registered users can also find their order status in the 'My Account' dashboard.
